Austin Villamil
I help motivated individuals become stronger, lose fat, build muscle and perform better. What sets me apart from other practitioners is the fact that I am not only a strength and conditioning coach, but also a Certified Massage Therapist. I attained my manual therapy license because, from early on in my training career, I was drawn to corrective exercise and injury prevention. I had developed a keen eye for detail and technique during exercise, but I wanted to be able to palpate and perform tissue work to more efficiently optimize movement. This integrative approach keeps my clients training safely and efficiently but on a deeper level, it embodies something I truly believe - that therapy and training should be seen as a continuum instead of two separate, sometimes conflicting processes. I'm committed to the mastery of my craft and I believe that my thirst for knowledge and 10+ years of experience have accumulated me the skillset and expertise to help you attain unparalleled results. If you are ready to work hard and commit to yourself, I’m ready to help you AVOLVE.
